1. Digital Content & Downloadable Files

  • Delivery Method: Instant Digital Delivery via email and on-screen links.

  • Delivery Time: Immediate. As soon as your payment transaction clears at checkout, you will be automatically redirected to a secure download page to access your files. You will also receive an automated email containing a permanent access link to your digital copy.

  • Geographic Availability: Our digital copies, compliance shields, playbooks, and templates are available for purchase and immediate download worldwide.

2. Virtual Services & Zoom Audits

  • Delivery Method: Secure digital calendar booking and video-conferencing access.

  • Delivery Time: Scheduled at checkout. Upon purchasing a virtual audit or consultation, you will be prompted to select an available date and time using our integrated booking system.

  • Access Details: A secure Zoom meeting link, along with confirmation details and preparation instructions, will be instantly emailed to you upon completing your booking.

3. In-Person Audits & Consultations

  • Delivery Method: Physical, on-site professional service.

  • Geographic Boundaries: In-person audits are strictly limited to businesses and venues located within the West Yorkshire region (including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, and Halifax).

  • Delivery Schedule: The date and time of your physical audit are locked in at the time of your booking checkout. A member of our team will coordinate directly with you via email 48 hours prior to the session to confirm the physical venue entry logistics and itinerary.

  • Outside Service Zone: We do not "ship" or travel for physical audits outside of West Yorkshire without separate, prior written agreements and custom travel fee structures. Any unapproved physical bookings made outside this zone will be converted to virtual Zoom sessions or cancelled under our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery Issues & Support

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your digital files, or if you have not received your automated booking confirmation email within 15 minutes of checkout, please contact us immediately:
